NDAA 2021 calls for the issuance of maternity related uniform items; limiting the implementation of the Army Combat Fitness test until non-DOD studies are conducted to assess climate impacts, recruitment, and retention; and allows for Reservists to receive retirement pay credit for maternity leave.
