Every day, PERL-ARC staffers and consultants are working to strengthen Government systems and to make them better to respond to public demand. We'll take you on a journey around the world of Governance reforms and service delivery through the voices working directly in the field. ARC helps governments to work more closely with citizens, identifying and addressing blockages to effective service delivery.
