You may not have heard about this issue.... mainly because we’re “not allowed” to talk about it. If it’s brought up, society deems us unmasculine, weak, or straight doesn’t believe it possible. Then there is the other side of the coin saying we deserve it, for all the other bad men in the world...

We are Implicitly Biased.   

Implicit bias: this is an unconscious attribution of particular qualities to a member of a certain social group.
