Aubrey is a 40yo twin mom plus one to an all girl “twirlsquad”. She found herself drowning amongst a sea of postpartum anxiety after years of fertility treatments resulted in a natural pregnancy when the twins were 5mo old. Navigating new mom-life, a new positive result, and a new body- she was left spinning for new ways to connect with others & herself.

Now she’s on a mission to help others realize that there’s another way to connect to each other, build community & learn to love the skin you’re in in the process. Because health starts inside and pours over everywhere else!
