When reaching for a goal that is much bigger or different than anything you've achieved in the past, your first thought might be "Well that's impossible!". Even though there are many people, just like you, who have achieved very similar goals, you don't know how to do it so it may seem impossible. 

The trick is to first imagine "What if..." before you attempt to figure out the "How".
