She is a therapist and certified fertility, birth, bereavement and postpartum doula. Anita shares practices on how to break the imposter syndrome so many women go through when they don't feel worthy of the title. 

We also learn about Anita's journey to motherhood as she shares becoming a first time mom to her adopted son followed by her biological daughter. Her experience is what led her to continue to explore ways to help other women who might not feel like they deserve to call themselves "mom."
