A common theme we have seen in conversations with our online student body is imposter syndrome. We oftentimes lack the confidence to feel totally qualified to be in an area of study, type of position at work, or area of ministry. In this episode, we will dive into this topic and discuss what imposter syndrome is, how we can overcome it, and what ways we can grow in our confidence without being cocky.
