“I had gotten the dream job I wanted, I had failed at it, and I just said ‘yah know what, I’m calling it quits, I’m done’” said Tiffany daSilva on The Jeff Large Podcast.
Ironically, Tiffany is actually a bit of an SEO prodigy and an amazing growth marketer. The problem is, a lot of us don’t recognize just how good we are at what we do. Sometimes this lack of clarity makes us feel like a fraud, Tiffany calls this “imposter syndrome.”
Imposter syndrome is “the persistent inability to believe that one’s success is deserved or has been legitimately achieved as a result of one’s own efforts or skills” and it can stand in the way of not only one’s success, but their happiness as well.
Don’t fall victim to imposter syndrome. Recognize your awesome abilities and own them! You are not a fraud.
