Nita Kasan's professional career has ranged from serving as a Lieutenant Commander in the United States Naval Reserve Nurse Corps, to Chief Nursing Officer roles, and currently is the President and CEO of Innovative Excellence, LLC. Innovative Excellence supports the Consulting and Interim Leadership CANDIDATE needs of multiple organizations and clients. Nita is also the Principal, Chief Nursing Officer, and VP of Recruitment for Nautilus Evolutions, LLC. She was previously the Vice President, Interim Leadership and Chief Nursing Officer for NHS Solutions, Inc. as well as the Chief Nursing Officer / VP of Interim Services for CTL Consulting and the Chief Nursing Officer for The College Network. As a Master's Prepared Registered Nurse, Nita has served in the United States Naval Reserve Nurse Corps, has represented Region II on the Board of Directors for the Florida Organization of Nurse Executives, and has supported the coaching / mentorship of Nursing Leaders nationwide. Nita's extensive community involvement (combined with her professional achievements) has led to multiple award recognition's for "Excellence" in both organizational and community leadership, as well as recognition as "Best Role Model".
