He noticed that he not only improved his physical health but he was happy spending his time in leisure and was passionate about being physically healthy and improving his mental state.

  • Getting into shape isn't just about looking good. It's about living a healthy lifestyle that makes you feel great and gives you more energy to do what you want.

  • Be consistent with yourself. You need to step up in your life cause guess what — no one is going to do it for you. It's time to go from zero to one-hundred in order to build your goal and dream.


  • Leave your ego at the door. Know where your limits are but work on it.


  • Do not be intimidated by the people who are stronger than you, make it your motivation to become stronger than you think.


  • It is okay to not lift weights at the beginning, but you need to work at it every time you go in there and eventually you will build your rhythm.


  • You will go through a sweet pain when you start working out. But, when you're done with the workout you'll feel great and pretty soon it gets easier and fun.


  • Taking care of yourself is an investment.
