Zusammen mit Dr. Martin Pernkopf und Prof. Manfred Gronalt beschäftigt sich Dr. Matthias Kaltenbrunner mit der Simulation und Optimierung von Prozessen der holzverarbeitenden Industrie. In der neu gegründeten ImproveM GmbH dreht sich alles um digiatel Zwillinge, entscheidungsorientierte Simulationsmodelle und fundierte mathematische Berechnungen.
