Parents, there isn’t a family who doesn’t wish their communication between family members was better. Understanding how your child or teen is wired is critical to actually making meaningful connections with your child or teen.  The sheer force of a parent’s will, will not change the nature of your child or teen’s personality. However, if you work with their style, it will increase your parental influence.  And as John Maxwell says, “Leadership is influence, nothing more and nothing less”.
