JJ Lawhorn grew up as a good ol' Southern boy in Virginia, preparing himself for a life on the family farm.  Things changed quickly for him about three years ago when a producer found his songs on youtube, which lead to a publishing deal, and ultimately, a record deal with Average Joe's Entertainment.  We had a chance to check him out at a showcase right here in Nashville to see what he's all about.
