Do you have trouble hiring power players for your business?
Have you ever heard the phrase: “if you want to do it right, you gotta do it yourself?”
Have you used or heard of the philosophy of having a BIG WHY and having a powerful company culture?
If you said yes to any of the above questions, you gotta listen to this episode as these are the exact topics we dive in on today’s interview.
Hey, it’s Polish Peter again and welcome to episode 44 of Immigrant Masters Unite. Today, I have another great guest, Alex Pardo who is originally from Cuba! That’s right, this week, Cuba is in the house!
Here’s a little bio on Alex so you can get a better idea of how awesome this guy really is…
Alex, first and foremost, is a family guy. You’ll hear quite a bit about his family in this episode and if you look at the episode image above, you’ll see both his family and one of my kids in there.
Even though we are talking about business and hiring the right employees, hiring the power players that will grow your company, it’s no accident that both of our pictures in the above pic are this way. That is a theme for this episode.
Alex is also an entrepreneur, real estate investor, coach, adventurer, sports enthusiast and loves helping people.
He is the founder of FlipEmpire.com and its parent company, Creative RE-Solutions, LLC, and have flipped well over 300 properties.
He graduated from college in 2002 with a Finance and M.I.S. degree, and went to work for General Electric’s Financial Management Program (in their Consumer Finance division). At the time, he had aspirations of becoming a CEO of a Fortune 500 company, but sometime during his third month on the job, after working an average of 75 hours a week, he quickly realized that he wasn’t going to create the lifestyle he envisioned working for someone else.
After he completed his two-year commitment to the company, he fired his bosses in January 2005. Noticed I said he FIRED HIS BOSSES, not the other way around.
While God is the foundation of his life, HIS family is his primary motivation, and his ultimate “Why” is his wife, Natalie, and his beautiful baby girl, Arianna, in May 2015. The best part about his business is the freedom where he can he enjoy life with his family, give back and help others, while not being constrained by the typical “9 – 5” J.O.B..
So, how does that sound? Pretty cool, huh?
Now, wait until you hear what he shared on the podcast.
