I'm joined by Singer Songwriter, Rose Zita  as we wonderfully trek down the path of pulling our own social media habits apart. Rose and I chat about how we manage  and curate our online and offline lives for business and play in a fast paced world that has us at times forgetting to simply breathe. 

Next time you aimlessly scroll through your social media account, take a moment to check in with our breath and see if anything has changed in your body and mind. As two creatives, Rose and I juggle what constitutes as business and gets upload/ shared online and what doesn't. How much of our private lives are we actually sharing in the public eye. Even the general social media user... how much are you exactly sharing and how does this impact our every day mind.
