Love and respect are the foods and liquids for our body.. we cannot survive without any of them. if you want to stay stable in your life, then you need to understand your value and your worth. No matter who you are, no matter where you are, if you are living on this planet earth which is full of toxicity then you need respect.
Everything begins with self even love and respect. if you will not respect yourself then how comes this possible that you will respect others. if you will not know your own worth then how can you have any expectations of respect from others.
In this mortal world everyone is chasing material. only people with alot of money and fame have respect, not for themselves but for their materials and fame that they hold.
Learn to respect yourself and surround yourself with people having high spirit, value and worth. if are unable to find one just jump at the golden opportunity to be one.

- Self love is the most vital yet lost part of our lives. We all are so absorbed with others that we have long forgotten ourselves. I want you to admit one thing and that is you cannot love your love ones without loving yourself.
- If you don't love yourself how comes this possible that others will love and and how come this possible that others will be loyal with you when even you are not loyal with yourself.
- You own a body embrace it with love and never ever disappoint yourself to please society which will be nothing once you lost yourself.
- My beautiful listener you are damn beautiful and brave soul who is bearing all your troubles all alone. just give yourself a proud pat for supporting you in such a beautiful way.
- Everyone here is facing some sort of troubles and so do you. Some are bearing troubles in relationships others are struggling with money and a few are bearing both but that doesn't mean they don't deserve love and respect. we can't control troubles of our life but we surely can control how to handle these troubles and their influence.
- No matter what you are going through never forget to love yourself. Just keep in mind, it require intense heat for gold to make it shine bright. All those problems that you are facing are like this intense heat which is going to make you shine bright or even brighter. Just embrace all those troubles and make your way to shine.
- It's really sweet of you if you are influenced by people but never let that influence to degrade you.
- Everything needs nourishment in your life and so do your soul. if you will abandon yourself for your troubles your body will abandons you with much ore problems.

"Society we are living in" is the episode 6 of my podcast "In A Conversation With You". This topic requires detailed discussion so I decided to split it in different parts. This is the second part of the topic you will find first in previous episode. In this part of "Why our Society is like that" I have talked about following:
- Don't judge people in a single setting. We as a person don't know what he/she is going through
- Let people live their life.
- Do not hate people just because of their bad deeds. Give them love and care to make them come on right track.
- If a person has fallen in bad company, provide him a good one. I believe no one will deliberately choose bad for a long run
These are just a few of my headlines which are explained in this podcast. This podcast contain information about social issues how we as a part of our society can make it a better one by helping people to get on the right pathway. I believe we all need to spread our positivity in every matter and we need to learn to solve social matters with positive energies.

This topic requires detailed discussion so I decided to split it in different parts. This is just one part of the topic you will find next in next episodes. In this part of society we are living in, I have tried to cover three main points and that are:
- Our society is what its people are, we should not only stop blaming others but also try to grab our own collor to know what is inside us which is affecting our society.
- Despite polishing our external figure we should pay attention to our inner self which is the core of society.
- We should love those who need our love, affection and care. We should always look forward to happiness and prosperity not only of our own self but also of others.
There are many other things which we can do to improve our society. The most important is self improvement. Moreover there is a story of a women to whom I met in the bus on the way of my house. She was totally disheveled which made my heart freeze. To know who was she and why I quoted her story checkout this episode.
