Although Donald Trump's March 4th federal trial for trying to overturn the results of the 2020 presidential election has been postponed; Glenn says not to worry - Trump's criminal trial dance card remains packed. His New York criminal case for election interference in the 2016 presidential election by falsifying business records is set to begin on March 25th. Glenn does a deep dive into all of trump's upcoming cases and the likely sequence of his FOUR criminal trials.

The, he switches to Donald Trump's lies. Trump does it incessantly in the court of public opinion. But prosecutors don't normally respond in public to those lies, so when Trump lies about the evidence in his criminal cases - those lies tend to go unaddressed and uncorrected. But Special Counsel Jack Smith has now remedied that in a new court filing in Trump's federal prosecution in Florida. Glenn reviews some of what Jack Smith put in this new court filing in an attempt to, as the filing states, "set the record straight on the underlying facts that led to this prosecution."
