My first Co-write with Hodge Cook. Chuck Neese owns the publishing and paid for this demo. I just liked the idea of a tiny thing like a tear containing so much. Note the bridging of the word tear leading into the actual bridge. I fell in love with that device and it shows up in a few of my songs. This was recorded in Nashville with session players, Hodge on piano and me on vocals.
