Brad and Pam talk about her career path and the beginnings in a small town bank reading the obituaries to eventually launching and selling a bank in 2014.  They discuss her experience as a bank examiner for the FDIC in the early 80's and how that prepared her for her rise in the banking industry.  They also discuss her involvement with the American Heart Association and her desire to help impact Heart Disease and Alzheimer's research and the personal ties she has to each of these initiatives.
