An excellent conversation with Alex Hanlon, who I met whilst she was leading the rebuild at the University of Canterbury. She is now running her own business helping women to negotiate pay parity and she is also part of the reconciliation movement in Australia, being the non-indigenous co-chair for Reconciliation Queensland.
