Boniswa studied Metallurgy and has worked in mining for over 10 years first at Anglo American Thermal Coal and De Beers Group of Companies as a process engineer with experience spanning over plant design, commissioning, optimization and production. She   is   passionate   about   developing   self-leadership   and   transformation,   having   qualified   as   an Internationally accredited Transformation Master Coach, she is now the Chief Executive of Ananda, which provides Coaching, Leadership and Individual Coaching. This is a passion driven by her desire to see inherent change in how leaders inspire excellence through conscious leadership and capacitating individuals to thrive in their environments.
