Brid employs 75 people, and runs swimming lessons all over Ireland. She's recently opened the Splash Pool in Ballaghaderreen, Co. Roscommon.

We talk about the pool, the swimming lessons, water safety, and Brid has some interesting advice for people thinking about starting a business - "Say Yes!"
