In a departure from the usual format, Richard launches the first of a series of conversations with constituents covering a range of different topics and issues of particular relevance to the people of North East Bedfordshire.

In this episode he welcomes Biggleswade-based Massage and Skincare Specialist; Emma Sykes to discuss the issues affecting her business and the wider Hair and Beauty sector in general during the Covid pandemic. Emma also explains the background to her setting up the 'Support for Hair and Beauty (Bedfordshire)' Facebook group and how this has grown beyond all expectations and provided a great level of support and information for members.
