I met Matt when working in Dubai back in 2008 for WSP, we've stayed in touch since that time and was really pleased when he agreed to talk with me. We've both travelled a fair bit and have some shared experiences. Also, Matt has challenged me by asking me to turn the tables on myself, and be the interviewer...that's coming up soon!
