Peter Stebbins of the Lily and Earle M. Pilgrim Art Foundation joins DC Public Library's very own, Julie S. and Will R., to talk about the series "It's a Small World After All: Art Wraps on Historic Georgia Avenue." The series, a three-part program at the Petworth Neighborhood Library, is about DC history, traffic box art, and storytelling. Mr. Stebbins reveals the origins of the series, describes what is traffic box art, and how we can be oral historians.
