Richard is CEO of Adam, a recruitment agency with a vision to change the perception of recruitment.  

We had such a positive and optimistic conversation, and I could have chatted with Richard for hours!  

We discussed how the Covid crisis has impacted the recruitment industry, and agency recruitment in particular. But also how it has opened up new opportunities.  We talk about company culture, and how that's still a central part of Adam, enabled through adopting technology more quickly and bravely than before. 

And we look to the future, to consider how the next 12 months may just be the fastest moving we've seen.
