Kelly Bowker lives on Silver Lake with her husband Mike in a small town in Maine. They enjoy spring fishing and camping in the North Maine woods. They love to snow mobile and stay away for weekends in the winter. They ride their motorcycle in the summer time, when Mike is not working. They love their pontoon boat and summer days with their children, grandchildren and pets. But there is much more to Kelly than this.

In 2022 , during her last year of teaching she began to develop her spiritual abilities. She has since published two books, ReDefining Faith and Establishing Your Frequency, both available on Amazon.  She finished writing her second book thirteen months after she channeled her guides, Lacroose for the first time. Here, in conversation with Rob Goodwin, Kelly reveals how she came to be aware of her connection to spirit and how it changed her life.

Establishing Your Frequency is a guide, full of tips, tricks, and hacks, along with some more in-depth approaches for managing your energy and your frequency. Many of us have learned about the law of attraction and have been implementing many of the strategies for years. We know that it is the key to creation, the difficult part is maintaining your energetic output. This book answers many of the questions that affect our day-to-day energetic signature. It also explains from the perspective of source, the ability that we all have to affect the energetic footprint of our planet. I would call it a down to earth guide to understanding our collaborative role between Mother Earth, the Cosmos and all that it holds, and ourselves. Part two includes the angels of the chakra system. As Kelly says, "Each of them came to me individually to explain the role of each of the main chakras and how to utilize them for our highest good. This team of angels had a message to bring through and chose me to be their voice. I am humbled as I write those words. I had very little previous knowledge of the chakra system. This team of angels showed me the importance of this energy system for our overall well-being. Each Angel shared at least one process to facilitate balance and energetic harmony for conscious creation and inner peace."
