In this episode Dre shares with us not only his story, and how he got to the top of his game, but also how he has used the lessons which he learnt along the way to build a roadmap to help others reach the top of theirs.
Dre was very open with sharing the key stages he has found to reach the top of whatever game we are playing. He believes that every 'game' we are in is a results based game, and as such we should be looking to learn the rules of the game and how to play it at the highest level in order to achieve results.
His passion for sharing the ideas and how he has come to discover these stages is captivating, and he has such an articulate way of delivering his message. I took a lot from this conversation and I know we can all reflect on our 'game' and use his roadmap to build towards success and high performance.
