Surrendering to the will of God and the call of Christ is a recurrent theme in God's Word. It is not "deciding for Christ" or "making a decision". Rather, this is a result of the convicting and awakening work of the Holy Spirit within us. It is laying down our weapons and ceasing our rebellion and forsaking all we have for Him.
