Tiffany Countryman is a Virtual Project Manager - Playwright - Podcaster - Preacher & Public Speaker that lives by the creed: ‘Work Hard, Pray Harder’.  Countryman is a leading figure in the renaissance of Pure Ministry and Black Creativity within her community.

Countryman was ordained in ministry in November of 2008 and was inducted into the Academy of Young Preachers in January of 2012. In May of 2013, Countryman founded MinistryIsMe Ministries, LLC.; which is a faith-based Project Management & Event Planning Company that houses the "All Black Lives Matter"Product Line! Her heart for sincere ministry is evident in every word that she declares and writes.

Countryman has loved writing and storytelling since the age of 16. Her writing is a direct reflection of her passions and is used as another extension of her personal ministry. During the early stages of her trailblazing, she has already written, produced and presented four original works since her playwright debut on her birthday in October of 2018, “I Wish I Had A Daddy”. Continuing the legacy of extraordinary and colorful writing, that has been passed down through her maternal grandmother and mother, Countryman is projected to write, produce and present 25 original works by her 40th birthday.

Countryman is the Founder and CEO of MinistryIsMe Ministries LLC., a Crohn's Awareness Advocate, a Global Influencer, an accomplished Playwright, a Writing Coach, Virtual Podcaster, and is the dope wife of Terrence Countryman. Together, they parent two children (Terell & Gabrielle).

It is the primary goal of Tiffany Countryman to lead souls to Christ, to assist others in fulfilling their destinies and to creatively contribute to her community until her mission is complete.

Charmaine's clients describe her work as transformational and life-changing

Womanish Projects is a faith-based women's rights organization headquartered in Dayton, OH. We strive to be an unapologetic vehicle for Black Women's & Girls well-being and freedom. Our goal is to build an agenda for Black Women and Girls that focuses on creating opportunity and dismantling religious, economical, communal, and political oppression. 

Tia Y. Gravely, is a certified chemist and member of The Society of Cosmetic Chemist.  She is also owner of Chemist-Ti Cosmetics a manufacturing company specializing in the manipulation of oils, herbs, and minerals provided by Earth! After finishing cosmetology school, she went on to obtain an Associate’s degree in Chemistry. While earning her degree she gave birth to a beautiful child, her son Gavin the recipient of 2 heart transplants and she documents their medical journey on Facebook. All while building her business and going to school, she was caring for her son every step of the way. Gavin left this earth in 2019 but his memories and his story lives on through his mother’s journey.

Tia says:

The beauty industry has always been intriguing to me. While in cosmetology school, we were encouraged to find jobs in the cosmetology industry that were not behind the chair. Aside from being a platform hairstylist in the industry. I loved science! Before cosmetology school, I attended 2 years of college as a pre-med major. However, times as a college student were hard. And I had a lucrative talent that was not yet certified. So, I paused college and went to cosmetology school. I had no clue where to begin. Until someone on Facebook asked for a chemist! A mutual friend tagged me in that post. And that was the beginning of Chemist-Ti Cosmetics.

 We pride ourselves in continuing our education and being compassionate to our customers' needs. Our goal is not to collect consultation fees and move on to the next client. Whether shampoo, face scrubs or stretch mark cream; the goal is to develop long term business relationships and to foster the growth of your cosmetic line. Pamela Cone wholeheartedly believes being called to the ministry is the reason why she was born. She is extremely humbled by this God given assignment to "feed HIS sheep".

She is married to Elder Steven Cone, who she works alongside as his Assistant Pastor at Dominion, CLGI located in Dayton, Ohio. The couple has been in ministry for over 25 years. She is the mother of 3 beautiful children and Mimi to 2 (for now) adorable grandchildren.

She is the Founder and CEO of Curated Spaces, LLC and is actively engaged in her community and women's ministry. Minister Cone serves on the International Elect Ladies Board for The Church of the Living God International, Inc. and the Board of Directors for Women in Christian Leadership.

The Community Crusader, Self Care Influencer, and 

Sexual Health Educator, Ashley N. Browning, is a native 

daughter of Dayton OH. She is an advocate for the 

vulnerable, underserved, and forgotten. Through her 

non-profit organization, SoLoved, started in 2013 she has 

been able to physically, emotionally, and spiritually 

empower the local Dayton community through outreach 

initiatives. The organizations' focal scripture, John 3:16, 

For God SO LOVED the world that HE gave…; empowers 

Ashley daily, to give when it’s not convenient and 

consistently display selflessness through adversity. 

To encourage an entrepreneur is to revitalize a 

community; freedom through entrepreneurship is one of 

Ashley’s greatest passions. In 2017, she branded her 

business acumen, and expertise to establish Browning 

Enterprises, LLC. Browning Enterprises is a consulting 

firm focused on empowerment through resume and 

website building, and most importantly LLC and 501C3 

creation. The firm is committed to assisting individuals 

and businesses reach their long-term goals while 

promoting growth pragmatically. 

Most recently, Ashley challenged herself to vibrate on a
