In 1989, Scott Schaeffer and four other men were arrested for the homicide of Rickey Wolfe. Prior to his preliminary hearing, Barbara Miller left a voicemail for Scott's fiancé stating that is he and Billy Hendricks were not released at their pre-trial hearings, she would come forward with evidence that would prove their innocence. It was only days later that she went missing.

Scott Schaeffer is joining us today to tell us about his experience. He spent 17 years in prison before Roy Hummel recanted his 1989 testimony in which he claimed that Scott was involved in the crime. Since his release in 2006, Scott has been fighting day-in and day-out to clear his name.
