MAGALIA, Butte County — Matthew Schlegel hauled a singed bicycle up the front steps of the Paradise Pines RV park’s recreation building and leaned it against another one. “I got your bike,” he hollered to his wife, Tosha Sumrall, who was inside the center with her part Dachshund and pitbull dog, Toad.
