In Media Res is a whip-smart 5-part drama set in the City of Angels starring Kyle Prue and Nicole Kang, featuring John Ales, Mather Zickel, James Urbaniak, and a dynamite ensemble cast.

Directed by Rachel Music (Leylines, Josie’s Lonely Hearts Club) and written by entertainment insiders, the show takes aim at an entertainment industry hungry for new blood and ready to spill it.

When Alex Eli (Kyle Prue) is plucked from obscurity and offered the role of franchise megalith Jack Stellar, booking the gig is only the beginning. In a whirlwind week of media training, he is thrust into the deep end of shark-infested Malibu waters. As he’s broken down and reinvented, Alex can’t tell who to trust.
