Breast, testicular and skin cancer death rates have dropped over the last number of years with most attributing the decline to increased self-examination. Often times early detection through self-examination is the difference between life and death.

What is true in the physical world is even more so in the spiritual realm. In 2 Corinthians 13:5-6, Paul calls upon the people to examine their lives to see if they exhibit any sign of true faith in Jesus.
