Shirle (shir-lay) Hale-Koslowski is the founder and CEO of Four Corners Cuisine.  Four corners as in the four corners of the earth.  As a personal chef, she draws from her inspiration from local, national, and international cultures, offering clients a wonderful variety of dishes.  As the country becomes more health-aware, more and more people are opting for home-cooked meals, but don't have the time to cook them.  Shirle will tell us about some of her adventures in "cheffing."
