I will have a panel of guests this week: Denise R. Duarte, Sharon Bracken, and Nicole Lanier.  These women are from Baltimore's Lesbian, Gay, Bi, and Transgender (LGBT) community and will discuss how their sexual orientation affects them in the workplace.
