Coach Hidi and Pastor David Layser of the Trinity United Methodist church, had the opportunity to present at the 4-H leadership conference on a topic of “How to lead the next generation.” We used this episode as the run through for the presentation. This presentation was put together from our experience, resources (3 books) and our own original surveys we conducted. We hope to have the opportunity to present this at other venues in the future.
