Mary-Kim graduated from Deakin University in 2019 where she started her optometry career at Specsavers Moonee Ponds. She transitioned into a new role in 2023 as Graduate Optometry Development Manager ANZ at Specsavers where she supports the personal and professional development of graduates within the two-year industry leading Specsavers Graduate Program alongside providing tools and resources for best practice mentorship for their primary mentors.
