In August 2021, the ATLANTIC INSTITUTE appointed DR AMARA ENYIA and Atlantic Fellow TRACY JOOSTE as Leaders-in- Residence. One of their tasks was to assess the landscape of policy and policy change across the global Atlantic Fellows community.
