Today’s episode is “A word.” It is one of those occasions where I brain dump “a word” that is on my spirit about something going on in our society. Today’s word is inspired by the verdict in the Derek Chauvin trial. Let’s ruminate together on who we are as human beings and what it may take for us to fill the emptiness so many feel inside with love and a sense of our true selves as opposed to diminishing others in an effort to make us feel better about ourselves.
