In today’s episode, I open the door to a chapter many survivors know far too well: the long line of appointments, the heavy cycle of steroid infusions, and the steady courage it takes to sit in a hospital chair while the world outside battles a new wave of Covid-19. For many of us transplant recipients, those infusions weren’t optional. They were lifelines. And in those same hallways, people fighting cancer were navigating the very same fears, the very same hope, and the very same decision to keep going.
I also offer a brief preview of my new LinkedIn newsletter, where I explore the tension between uncertainty and certainty during the holiday season. If you’d like to read it, you can find it here:

This episode serves as a reminder that even when the world feels shaky, discipline, faith, and a touch of humor will carry us through the storm.
