This is a chassidic discourse by the Rebbe, Rabi Menachem Mendel Schneerson, of the year 1968. In this discourse the Rebbe explains that there are two aspects of Judaism: one for Jews and one for non-Jews. This expresses itself in the Torah, in the Mitzvoth.
