Jana is a Licensed Educational Psychologist and the owner of Mind by Design, a multidisciplinary group practice in Campbell, California. Her team specializes in diagnosing and supporting children, teens, and young adults with educational and developmental challenges, as well as supporting their parents. Jana is also the host of the Empower LEP Podcast and the Empower LEP platform, where she mentors school psychologists transitioning into private practice. She is passionate about fostering sustainable, impactful careers while delivering exceptional care to clients.
