The 2019 protests are often simply described as a fight between the establishment and the protesters - a leaderless movement that found power in numbers. But even within the so-called “yellow camp” there were factions of protesters with different ideas about how to protest. This episode we talk to B - a radical front-line protester who's currently exiled in Australia - and Richard Tsoi - a peaceful protester and convener of the Hong Kong alliance which organises the June 4 Tiananmen Remembrance Vigil.
