DeAndre Rashard is a native of Jacksonville, FL and a graduate of University of North Florida where he received his B.A.E in Elementary Education and his M.Ed in Educational Leadership. DeAndre started his teaching career in Jacksonville, FL where he remained for four years before moving to Los Angeles, CA where he currently resides.
