In this episode I bring awareness to the fact that there are still millions of slaves all over the world, and that there are organizations and people doing something about it, and so can we! The goal is to remember that i believe everyone, every single human, is designed to live a fulfilling and meaningful life 'in the meantime' and we should do what it takes to make that true! Also, I've just felt inspired lately and I wanted to share some of that inspo with you! Go out and live life all the way.

Often when we see successful people we think they got lucky, or that the success they have is what lead to their discipline. But the opposite is true. Most of the time successful people are where they are because of the disciplines they put into place. In this episode I talk about how I exchanged the word disciplines for practices, and why! That small change has made a big difference. The key is to realize the practices that keep successful people where they are, are the same practices that got them there in the first place. There is no secret to success, it's just depends on what price you want to pay. 

The amount of conversations I have with people where they ultimately just say they feel stuck, happens more than I'd like. It's a common issue in our culture. I believe it's fueled by not having a vision for our life...and when we don't have a vision, we ultimately are driven by comparison and our insecurities. But in this episode I present a solution!
