As a Federal Mediator, Moira Caruso is a Strategy Officer within the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Office of National Projects. Her primary focus is in the mediation and facilitation of large-scale public policy negotiations. In addition, Moira works with mediators across the country to help them design and deliver specialized conflict management processes on behalf of FMCS clients. Moira has much to say about the process of dispute resolution, the dynamics of trust and fairness, the impact of emotions and pressurized decision making in arenas of competing interests.
