Eh Yo! This week we talk about how to grow your arcade. We are joined by Joe Perugia the GM of Glitch Bar in Fort Lauderdale Florida. This arcade is amazing and does everything right in my eyes. Joe talks about how to grow your arcade, the focus is games, atmosphere, and customer service. They have a ton of classic games as well as all of the new indie games that are showing up around the country.  

Everyone on the staff does a great job of doing what they can for every visitor of the arcade, that is how to grow your arcade. Customer service and community. Killer queen helped a lot with this as well in building a robust competitive community that leads to Glitch hosting national tournaments.
