We are all sensitive to being politically correct these days, but what exactly does that mean? Often we hear the phrase from politicians, 'in the spirit of full disclosure.' Does that mean they were not telling the truth before then? Does it mean that information was intentionally withheld? What and where is the truth?

We live our lives in that very manner. We rarely fully disclose those things that are important to us. We rarely disclose those things that are weaknesses and signs that we may need support. We protect our pretense with a greater commitment than we provide for some aspects of our health and well being. It's time to come clean and tell the truth.
