You can’t win if you’re tied up

You were not an accident. God always planned for you, and He always had a purpose for you. In the trenches of spiritual warfare, we often lose sight of that purpose. We get entangled in things that derail God’s design for us and hold us back, tear us down, and stop us from moving forward in God’s purpose. But the bible tells us God will sustain us and help us to finish what He started in us.

So how do we go from being weighed down by sin and spiritual attacks to thriving in our God-given purpose? We have to let go of the burdens we’ve become accustomed to carrying. We grow attached to our burdens and start to identify with our struggles until we can’t tell our hardships and our personal identity apart. God desires to take our burdens if we will have the faith to let Him take them.
